I went through your same dilemma, sold the M7ii with 3 lenses and only regret it when I go back and critically look at the negatives. I'm still convinced you'll never find a higher resolution series of lenses that the M6/M7 group. That being said, life is short, do what you love, perfect negatives don't matter much if you're not happy creating them.

That said, this thread has an Xpan and a M7 as possible sale items....DM me before you put it on ebay!

would be very reluctant to sell any camera worth that much on eBay at this time - the site seems to be good for nickel and dime items but more expensive cameras either don't sell at all or attract bottom-feeders who want good gear for nothing
I agree with Oz, some strange dynamics are happening in eBay-land. I can understand bottom freeders, but that film camera bus left the station 5 or 8 years ago. And the high buy it now prices; many of them are a fantasy land as well. It is a shame that the 'Bay no longer charges for listing items.

I agree with Sirius, keep the 7. You know it and it works. The optics are unsurpassed.

I must agree that those Mamiya lenses are the best ever. Yes, better than Zeiss.

Sell the Mamiya and upgrade. You know you want to.

I don't find Zeiss CF lenses to be that great. Downright pedestrian compared to modern Canon/Fuji glass IMO. But the Mamiya 7 too, is one of the fugliest contraptions ever made. Wouldn't ever consider owning one, as it would imply looking at it often.
Now that's funny.

I think that Mamiya 7s are gorgeous - way better than any modern 35mm or digital camera.
Of course, I think my Mamiya C330 is truly handsome too.

Seriously. Ever wondered why Mamiya 7 owners have so many photos of crying babies in their portfolios?

Ah, but then the eyes are so bright and shiny.
