I've come across some of the above mentioned type 85 and also 89 pack film and would like to use it-the only problem is I don't have a square shooter or any other compatible camera or back.I've got a polaroid back for my RZ this of course is for 31/4 x 41/4 and works fine.Does anyone know of a way to get the type 85 to work in my larger back? Thanks for any suggestions,Al.

At least one Polaroid camera, the ProPack, will take either the rectangular or square (series 80) films; I have one and I know this works. You might be able to make a short spacer to fill in the space to the left on your back (just measure the difference in the length of the square and rectangular packs). That would allow the square packfilm to fit; it would, of course, be a bit off-center (the ProPack viewfinder shows frame lines for both formats).
