Point Reyes National Seashore area

I'm taking my youngest son up to San Francisco to stay with his oldest brother for the weekend so he can edit the sound on his first movie. Dad will just be in the way and I thought it would be nice to work the Point Reyes area with the 8x10. Any suggestions on what not to miss and where to camp. If I sleep in my truck by the side of the road for a couple of days it's OK with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I wouldn't miss McClures Beach, wonderful place. The hike down to the beach is such that it should be doable w/ your 8x10.

Ike, I've visited Marty Knapp's website as he lives in the area and have gotten several ideas from his site . He has some nice images of McClures Beach. Thanks.
