I posted this on pdn but figured this place is more active for film, so here goes:
Just ordered a bunch from FreeStyle. I used to develop TechPan (and others) in PMK but it's been about 10 years. Hopefully I can control the contrast (lighting) and hopefully it stains better than Tech Pan
I know the standard is 1:2:100 but could someone refresh my memory as to how I might reduce the contrast with PMK for ATP. Would I go 2:4:100 or 1:3:100 or some other combination? I simply forget how these variables work, been too long and my copy of Hutchings book is nowhere in sight, grr.
When I say reduce contrast, I mean I LIKE high contrast but want usable results...
Merci
Shawn
