Fima Binder aka "wizcam" on eBay is still servicing the Plaubel Makina 67/670. I've had mine to him a few times now for various issues and he has been communicative and seems to do good work. I've had it there for his CLA service, a replacement bellows, replacement rangefinder, as well as some work on the lazy tongs locking springs. He's also attempted to fix my cracked advance lever with mixed results. Currently on holiday and the film advance has slipped and no longer functions. Not sure if it is related to his last round of work, or just (more) bad luck. Fima will take it back under warranty and fix it if he can at least.

Nippon Photo Clinic still takes them, but when I contacted them a couple months back they said there's no spare parts and that the service will start at $1700USD. Sounds like a "we don't want the work" kind of price.

I also contacted Frank Marshman via Facebook and he informed me he no longer wants to work on the 67/670 and directed me to Fima.

I also learned of a shop in Tokyo - ks-camera.jp - that specializes in the PM 67/670, but they told me they do not do international service or sales. I suppose one could broker a repair through someone like Bellamy Hunt.

Is anyone else aware of technicians located in Europe? I would love to find someone trustworthy and communicative that could bring my beloved PM670 back up to spec, and to give me a bit of faith in future longevity.

I've had good luck dealing with Bellamy Hunter (Japan Camera Hunter). On two occasions he brokered deals for me; once buying a camera bag from Slow Tools in Osaka, and again when i bought an ebay non-working yashica T3 point & shoot & Bellamy had Miyazaki san remove the Carl Zeiss lens and put it in a Leica M mount. I've had several Plaubel 67/670..... i would guess that more parts exist in Japan.... that's where i'd be sending it for service.....
