plasmat cell lens

i have very simple question about plasmat len. What make it differrent from MC lens? http://cgi.ebay.com/4-Plasmat-Cells...5633b6b320&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ht_500wt_1017 is this a good lens for LF?

These are cells that belong to a Wisner "casket" set. They can be combined in various combinations in the matching barrel/shutter to achieve different focal lengths. MC usually means multi coated and I'm not sure what you mean by its use here as it could be applied to any type of lens.
