I have a Zero Image 69 pinhole camera.
Can I use infra-red film on it?
Also, is holding a filter in front of the hole good enough or will I need to attach it securely to the front as not to have stray light from the sides?

I've used infra red film with my Holga pinhole, so I don't see why you can't. I just taped the filter over the aperture hole with gaffer's tape so i didn't have to hold it, but holding it should work too.
