The PHSC Trunk Show is a lot of fun. I have participated in 5 of the last 7 years. Planning on being there for this year as well.
They used to allow you to pull your vehicle up on the boulevard and sell from your trunk! The venue eventually put an end to that, now only tables are allowed on the boulevard.
Here are a few photos of some of the setups and my darkroom focused tables.
Drop by and say hello if you come by!
All the best
Todd

Bring a giant roll of cash!

Chances are, lots of people can be paid electronically but some will only take cash.

My observation is that most tables are cash only. I estimate 20% can take some form of electronic payment. I believe that there is a bank machine on site as well. I have reached out to the organizers to confirm.

I have confirmed that there is a bank machine just inside the doors of the building.
My contact thinks it is less than 20% of the tables that would take an electronic payment.

All the best

Yes, a bank machine AND washrooms just inside the door of the Trident Hall.

I haven't been recently, but from what I remember, that's a pretty small bank machine inside. If a lot of people have the same idea, they might run out of cash just when you need it. There are other banks along the Queensway, but you'll have to drive there.

The trunk sale is a low tech seat-o-the pants fun event. Plan ahead to bring a wad of cash, and get into the spirit of things by wheeling and dealing like a boss!

Don't be a Debbie Downer and pull out your credit card. 🙂
