I believe that Associated Press had a ban on the use of instagram earlier this year as it is a form of photo manipulation. I'll try to find the article.

Wow. This guy really doesn't like Instagram. But I don't understand why there is all this hate about it, you CAN skip putting those filters and whatnot in your pictures.
