I assue you, when I was making silver gelatin prints, I was the opposite...loved burning (dodging, not so much). I would start with an exposure a little on the underexposed side and then would spend 10 or 15 minutes burning the print in. Loved it!thanks vaughn ! yeah i get it

Those of us using alt processes generally are not doing it to save time and hassle!
