All sounds very exciting - what a great idea! If I can help out in any way in terms of publicity etc, please give me a shout.

This is what I like about you guys in the UK - you just do it, you communicate clearly, regularly and in a single open channel, you're inclusive to the 'common' APUG members ... and your not trying to sell anything else on the side. I hope you guys align this with your spring 2008 get-together. It would make for a great event.

Regards, Art.

The great aspect of this is that there will be a range of prints for everyone. Most commercial exhibitions are too specialized to cater for all tastes.

Well done

Dear UK APUGgers,

It is with very real regret that we have decided that owing to pressure of work and family commitments we are withdrawing from our attempts to kick-start a series of exhibitions in the UK for APUG members.

If anyone, or group, wish to take over organization we will of course assist that handover and share our experiences.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those whose assistance and support has been gratefully received, including, but not restricted to: Mark Burley, Delphine, Tony Marlow, Tim Rudman and Stoo B. I'm sure there are others and our apologies to anyone who may have been left out.

Best Regards, Dave, Les, Frank, Bob.

I've just come across this thread. It's a shame it's not going to happen, though I understand the constraints on peoples' time.
Maybe smaller, regional shows would be easier to organise than one larger, country-wide one. (But no, I'm afraid I can't offer time just at the moment either, though this may change in the future).
