Want to Buy Photo diode for Zone VI drydown compensating enlarger timer

I have the timer, but it did come with the diode (ie L702 assembly) that goes in the lamp box. By chance, does anyone have one to sell or a source where a similar diode with original type connection could be purchased? There have been earlier threads on the topic, but they are pretty old by now
