Photiva 828 camera

I purchased on of these cameras and cannot find an instruction manual for it. Can't figure out what plastic cover over shutter release is for and other questions. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Getting frustrated as to how to use it.

is it a photavit by Bolta-Werk? the cover around the shutter looks like a guard for when the lens is collapsed into the camera body -- you probably pull out on the shutter housing to make it accessible and bring the lens into focal distance.

This is the first time ever I learn about the Bolta factory...
Though I know one of their cameras in the re-branded versions.

Photography is a wide field.
