Have you tried contacting Eric Hendrickson about repairing your LX? It would probably be less expensive, and you could have it CLA'd at the same. Eric is very highly rated and is fast and not hideously expensive. His website is http://pentaxs.com/index.html.

Where did you get the board? I asked Eric Hendrickson about repairs and said he couldn't get the parts.
