The exterior is well worn with quite a few scratches and scuffs in the finish. There's a bump in the rear eye piece which doesn't affect use. The glass is clean and clear with perhaps a few specks of dust inside. The electronics are in good shape. I don't have another spot meter to check this against but have checked it against a digital SLR and it seems to be spot on. Comes with a strap and case.
