I’ve just received a Pentax 6x7 body and a 55mm f4 lens both in mint condition.
I realised an issue or it's maybe not but I can't tell if it is or not.
The lens works in auto and manual mode as well but as soon as I mount it on the body the auto and the manual mode behave the same way. So every time I set the aperture the blades are moving though they shouldn’t only in auto mode.
Why this could happen?
The body’s mirror is in a lock up position because at this moment I don’t have battery and inside the body there’s a lever which pushes the aperture’s lever on the lens. Probably it will go back to its place as soon as it will get power but I’m still curious if that could be the problem.
