I've searched high and low on the Internet and in my P67 literature, but can't find what I'm looking for: Were the Quick Focusing Rings A and B intended for different lenses, based on their diameter? If so, anyone know what lenses went with which Ring? Many thanks!

I just found this looking around online:

Pentax Quick Focusing rings allow easy focus adjustment by the left hand without sacrificing a firm grip on the camera.
  • Quick Focus Ring A (55 F/4/90/105/135/150/200)
  • Quick Focusing Ring "B" fits the 35mm, 45mm, 75mm, 75mm shift and 165mm regular lenses.
  • There are not any Quick Focusing Rings for the current 55 F/4, 120 Soft Focus, 165 leaf, current 200, and 300mm and longer lenses

sure thing. I've got a 67 but I don't tend to take it out too much. I end up running too much film through it - something about the SLR style camera makes me trigger happy i guess

Pro-trick: fetch two heavy duty cable ties. Attach to the lens in V-fashion and trim. Ta-da! Fits any P67 lens, but probably not recommended for the SMC Pentax 67 75mm f2.8AL with its super-sensitive light-touch focus ring.

Funny, I have Ring B, but all my lenses require Ring A.
I don't use my 67 all that often, either, but I do enjoy it when I do, and those big Provia 100 images are eye-popping.
And thanks, too, for the cable-tie suggestion!
Happy shooting!
