I purchased this a few years ago, but don't use it enough to justify keeping it.

Works perfectly and includes:

As you can see in the photos there is normal wear on the lenses and camera.
On the body the leatherette is missing from the DOF preview lever, and there is a small gouge in the top of the grip. Those are circled in red.
