PEC-12 Emulsion Cleaner or Edwal Anti-Stat Film Cleaner: which do you prefer?

I've been doing searches on film cleaner and found these two products. Not inexpensive!!

Which do you prefer? Why?

99%+ isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Don't get anything less. Use with PEC12 pads. Only do this if a rocket blower and soft brush won't get rid of it.
