I hope I placed this in the correct catagory. I am in need of a take up spool knob and screw for my Mamiya C-220f. Its the one that also is used to open the back when pushed in(vs pulled out to change spool). If anyone has one they could part with, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am also interested in a chimney finder for it, I have items to barter for one.

thank you

I might be mistaken, but I thought it was only the C220S and C330S that opened by pushing in the take up spool knob.

This is definitly a 220-F. I also have a 330-S, and it uses the same part to release the back.

Sorry, it sounds like I am mistaken.

No need to apologize, we all have our moments. I would like to get the part for this beasty, my 13 year old has taken a shine to it, and I dont want her discouraged with a piece of equiptment that is difficult to operate. I've used it as is for over a year, she deserves good gear.

Anyone know where I can get one of these knobs.

Also looking for a chimney finder for C-220f

I assume you checked with Mamiya USA? IIRC, I obtained some parts from them about 5 years ago that were for Mamiya camera (TLR and RF) that had been discontinued long befor then. A longshot, but probably worth a phone call.

Check with APUG member "ColorBlind" who sells Mamiya parts on eBay and here.

I have found the part I was in need of, now to acquire a chimney finder.

Ask this fellow if he has your part. He did mention on another forum he has our camera in a junk pile. His perosonal site is here.....

I'm hoping to find a non-metered two stage chimney, my old man eyes aren't what they used to be.

Thanks for the link Paul, I have a part on the way.
