[Grillage]

Hi I am presently using Ilford VC Fiber Based glossy Double Weight paper. Its great stuff! But----------------------------- Is there a paper that has a Whiter "White" I was told the old Brilliant paper imported by Zone VI studios was incredible but now its no longer manufactured. Do any of you have some suggestions? Thank you! Dave

Adox mcc110 or Ilford fb cool tone come to mind. Fomabrom is pretty white as well.

You'll be hard pressed to find a paper more garishly overbrightened than Ilford Multigrade Cold Tone fiber based.

A solution might be to use less white paper in the upcoming book.

You may be hard-pressed to find a whiter paper base than the Ilford product. As far as I know, there is only one company left making a neutral white baryta paper base for photo papers and that's the one used for Ilford cold tone and Adox MC-110, etc.

I don't think photo papers of the past had a whiter base anyway, if that helps.
