My Nikon F2 Panderized cuz I'm bored working from home...

The panda thing is popular amongst Leica doods and is a result of mixing bits of chrome and black Leicas together. Thus the panda. Of course pandas aren't from Japan, but, ya get the point!

(Is it 2022 yet?)

Without your hint I was clueless about the german thing.
And without the photo even about the Panda thing...

The MD-2 motor drive isn't avaiable in all black version so using it on a black F2 would make it panda too.

That reminds me of something I came across doing some research for the Nikonos thread. The "White Nikonos."

That actually looks pretty cool. It doesn't look nearly as good the other way around - with a chrome body and black finder.

Not as appealing to me... of course, that's how my F has been, by necessity, for a long time, so maybe I am just jaded.

There are some from Switzerland, aren’t there? Some of the later Alpas seemed to come like this by default.

The real thing.

For a true Panda you must change the advance lever as well!
Oh! don't forget to feed it Bamboo leaves.
