Panatomic-X in Xtol Starting Points?

I've just been given a number of frozen bulk rolls of Panatomic-X. They've been in an industrial freezer at -30, so they should be in good shape. Returning to miniature film is also going to work better in my new miniature living quarters!
While I thaw out a roll for the bulk loader, does anyone have suggested starting points for XTOL 1+1 or 1+2 in a JoBo? I'm thinking ei of 20, but would like to hear from those of you with experience.

You're sailing into uncharted waters here.. the ful picker/vestal type test will be necessary. 4 rolls of 36exp will give you the answer.

I remember the old way. Pan-X in Microdol-X anywhere from straight to 1:3. My Jobo conversion factor is 82%.

I would wager that if you search this Forum and The Rangefinder Forum you will find the answer.

EI 32. That stuff doesn't go bad.
People will likely say to develop for sharpness, not finer grain. Xtol 1:3 is sharper.

Just as I thought. From the rangefinder forum:

I have a couple hundred feet of Panatomic-x in the freezer - here's the info from the data sheet:

HC-110 (dil. b) 4.5 min
D76 5 min
D76 1+1 7 min

for 32 ASA, all at 68 deg F.

My rodinal box also says 1:25 @ 5 min, 1:50 @ 11 min.

Y'know projectbluebird, after this time the actual ASA value of the film will have shifted downwards unpredictably. You might be best to nominally rate it as, say 25ASA, then stand-develop it in Rodinal 1+100 for a couple of hours. That should effectively even out any exposure/rating issues.

In my mis-guided youth, Microdol-X may not have been the right choice. I'm leaning in the direction that others suggest: Sharpness over fine grain developer. That gives the nod to D-76, Xtol or Rodinal.

XTOL 1+3 will be between 10 and 12 minutes with half minute agitation cycles,
and between 12 and 16 minutes with one minute cycles.

The film should be EI 32; slow films don't lose their speed.
Xtol may even give a bit of a speed boost. Expect a long, gentle curve like you would get from FP4 or Plus X.

I always liked Panatomic-X in Rodinal 1:50 and 1:100

I have a 35MM 100 ft roll of Panatomic-X stashed in my Freezer.

I'm going to try a roll in Pyrocat-MC 1+1+100 for 18 minutes Semi-Stand at 21C

PanX ages very well even if it wasn't refrigerated. I shot some not too long ago that had been stored at room temperature and it looked great. Hardly any fog.

My impression is that it does well in developers like Rodinal and Beutlers. Grain just isn't a problem.

Y'all are making me crave Panatomic-X again. I'll have to be content to use up my stash of frozen APX 25. After that, I'll move on to Efke 25 & Fuji Neopan 100 Acros. Both are better than my skills need. Alas, neither is Pan-X or APX 25.

I'm probably violating a bunch of rules, but...

I have a bushel of Kodak & Fuji 120 & 220 C-41 film, mostly ISO 400 & 800 (expired but always kept cold) to barter for Panatomic-X or APX 25.

Fair enough. I have 15 rolls of 120 Tmax 100. I have never used the film. I need to correct that. I also need to get my hands on some TMY-2. It may be all I need in medium format and 4x5.
