I shot a roll of Pan F Plus at 25. I shot this roll in December and January and want to develop it as quickly as possible. All I have on hand is HC-110, Diafine and Perceptol. I'd like to develop it in HC-110, but I wonder if it's a good choice in general -- especially given that the film was overexposed. I know HC-110 is very active, and the development times for this film, at box speed, are already short (dilution B is 4 minutes). I was considering dilution F (1+80 from concentrate) at maybe ten minutes. Thoughts?

I normally shoot Pan F at 25. HC-110 should work OK since it's amenable to various dilutions, but I can't give you any specifics with this film.

Snip a few frames and test (base your process on answers here and research). Only way to be sure!

Like Drew, I also routinely shoot Pan F+ at 25. I usually develop low-iso films like that in Rodinal, but HC-110 (which I use for most stuff above 200) should be just fine. I use dilution E, but F should work fine. I'm not sure I'd give it 10 minutes - would probably do it for 9, if I wasn't going to do a snip test.
