Would benefit from a clean.

Main value here is the Packard. Buy this for the shutter and throw the board away if you're not an Ansco 5X7 guy.

The 'flash sync' points assy was simply glued onto the board and it has come unglued.

$55.00 + shipping please.

Jim,
What diameter is the shutter? I need a diameter at least about 3 inches / 75mm.

This shutter is just 4" wide with 2" opening.

darn!! that would fit on old Jake !!!! Does it still work, the air tube looks somewhat "deflated".

Definitely needs a new piece of tubing. If you buy it, I'll take it apart and clean it up for you. Jim

Mike, there's not too much to go wrong on a packard - and the photos show the blades in both open and closed positions. Clean out any rust and dust and they should be good to go.

Jim's a great person to buy from, by the way. I've been looking wistfully at this shutter listing, but I bought enough old stuff recently to keep my wife watchful of postal deliveries for a while :whistling:

Thanks apkujeong, I have dealt with Jim before with very good results. I'm going to back down on this one, got enough Jake stuff.

Lens board is 5 1/4 X 5 1/4" with 1/4" rebate into the camera. Replaced the mummified tubing with some fresh stuff. This afternoon if I get bored I'll go ahead and give this the cleaning it needs. This'll work fine and the flash feature will work too.
