The easy-on/easy-off collar mount is: light tight, secure, and non-marking.
It's versatile and adaptable to most shutterless (barrel) lenses.
Collars are custom machined to fit lens barrels up to 3-1/2" (90mm) diameter.
The Packard #6 is a dual mode ("Instant" and "Bulb") shutter.
Inserting the timing pin sets the shutter to 1/25 second instant mode.
Removing the pin sets the shutter to time exposure ("bulb") mode.
The pin can be inserted from either front or back of the shutter.
Two of the photos show a collar sized for 88mm diameter lens barrels and fit any of my VLF Wollaston Meniscus lenses. For comparison, the third photo shows a recent job where I made a 5" #8 front mounted Packard board having a collar to fit a 130mm (5-1/8") diameter lens barrel.
The 3-1/2" #6 Packard as shown, mounted to fit any VLF Wollason lens is $345 + shipping.
Similarly configured 3-1/2" #6 Packards can be special ordered for the same price.
The bulb and 3' of tubing is always included.
