Intellectual property appropriation by Chinese companies, aided and abetted by the Chinese government, has long been and continues to be a problem. It's frequently achieved via theft, but even when accomplished legally (often in exchange for market access) I consider it unethical.

If you have it about patents you only can infringe what exist, and those typically did not exist.

Jobo slept... they need enticing ...

Seems like the Osíris or poilot 1520 spirals are of an hibrid design... pulling spheres Paterson and a semi bridge looking ap but with the jobo finger touching inward protuberances... Im interested... I want new s+!t!!!!

How can i buy it

I bought a new CPP3 a couple years back from Catlabs here in the USA. It's a wonderful machine. AND it meets 3rd party safety requirements. I have a couple other Jobo processors, 30 years old and still going. Don't waste your money on a copy, get the real thing.

I would be surprised to see these Osiris machines sold in the EU. Codes and safety.

Do Osiris see an expanding market for film developing tanks, that justifies their effort to make such a product?

First we need to figure who exactly stands behind OSIRIS.

And present product line, availability, price, service and how they deal with customer questions.

However, the vast majority of Chinese goods are shoddily made from substandard, if not dangerous, materials. Even the power cable that came with my wife's new Apple laptop exudes a repulsive, who-knows-whether-it's-toxic stench. .....

There is a particular stench from Chinese made electrical items that I find repulsive. I first encountered it in a cheap bar fridge. 10 years later it has diminished somewhat. Now I smell it often, such as with hair dryers and Dyson vacuum cleaners (which are not cheap).
