Osaka 500mm f/8 LF lens information?

I don't see where I can search the archives to see if anyone has discussed this lens so I'll risk your wrath by starting a new thread.

Has anyone experience with the Osaka 500mm f/8 lens? I would like to know if it covers 5x7 (with movements), how large/heavy it is (the shutter is described as Copal-N 0.3S and I've no idea what that means), and ideas about sharpness, contrast, and general impressions.

I learned from the seller that this lens covers only 4x5 and is mounted in a Copal 3 shutter. Therefore, it's not useful to me.
