Orwo N74 - time development

Lately i have shot a Orwo N74 film at speed box (400 ISO) with a good camera.
Then I went along with the digitaltruth development chart with HC-110 (solution B) at 20C.
As a result, the film seems slighthy underdeveloped.
I understand I should add up the development time but it looks like this chart isn't always reliable.
Could somebody provide a reliable chart regarding Orwo N74?

There us no reliable chart, as you aperture meter might be a little off, your water is different, your way of shaking the drum is different, ...

You did the right thing - start with a number, judge your negs and correct accordingly. If you say ‚slightly‘ underdeveloped you could try to add 15% to your dev time and then start another iteration. After 2-3 films you should have it right.

This is what I found when I tried N74:

It took me a while to dial in N74 to where I was happy with the results. I’ve landed at 10 minutes in Rodinal 1:25. Of course Rodinal isn’t allowed with a 400 speed film, but I am getting results that print in the grade 1.5 to 3 range depending on subject.

I tried Ilfosol3, DDX and HC110 with N74, and have found Rodinal the best fit in my workflow.

Somewhere I have read that Orwo N74 follows the Kodak XX recipe to make their films... Maybe another rumor.

You can use the times for Ilford HP5+. Both films behave nearly identical in XTOL, PMK, A49

We are shooting this film in still cameras because we want to. But that's not what it's for. It's for use as cinema film, to be developed in D96. They have technical notes on their site with pretty broad ranges of development times since for cinema work a lot of control is exercised for any particular film/production.

Pretty soon, it might be moot because FilmoTec has discontinued N74+ in favor of the new N75. But I agree with @relistan, as FilmoTec's technical information say to process according to ORWO instruction 1182 in D96:

That said, I've had good results with LegacyPro L110 (a clone of HC-110) using the times on Massive Dev Chart for HC-110 Dilution B. Images speak louder than words, so feel free to evaluate for yourself. All of the images in this album on Flickr were developed in LegacyPro L110 at 1:31 for 6.5 minutes:
