I haven't used Oriental paper for many years but printed with some last night.

The paper was wet for no more than 2 hours but a lot of the prints have the gloss layer coming off the paper and two prints have emulsion coming off the paper base. I handled the paper exactly the same as I handle my normal paper Ilford MG FB, I've never had this happen with the ilford paper.

Second issue, a print that I developed for 4 minutes has a disturbing light brown stain on the borders. I was using ilford multi grade developer with 100ml of Carbonate solution added.

Anyone having/had similar problems with Oriental FB?

I have had the same problem with Oriental FB Warm Tone. I resolved it washing the prints right away:
5 minutes running water
5 minutes in Perma Wash
30 minutes final wash

I have had no problems with the neutral/cold tone Oriental FB.

Markbau, regarding the brown stain on the borders, do you use a stop bath between the developer and the fixer?

Yes I did, normal acetic acid stop bath, tonight I will try a citric acid stop bath and see if that helps.
