If you look into facility s it provides it's fully Zone system compatible and you can place the monochrome tones in the correct values to be within the films ability to reproduce them, and to predict the tonal values they will produce in the final print, so if one wants to place a skin tone in a portrait in Zone V1 for example you can predict what the tone of the sitters clothing and the background will be in relation to that Zone on the negative. I hope this makes sense to you Joseph, if not I will be happy to explain further.Ben, this one seems interesting as well as L-358 at least. More expensive however.
It's not clear enough for me why you suggest Gossen-starlight for B/W especially, comparing with Sekonic L-358.
