Opening hours Bad Saarow

I tried to call you a couple of times this afternoon. All I heard was that I called outside bussiness hours. At what time do you make "Feierabend"

I sent an email about order 457212, but didn't get any response, so I tried to call. Do you see chance to answer before 14.12 - the deadline for shipping to neighbouring countries? Or should I buy replacement item and wory about reinbursement later, so I can use it in the Christmas holiday?
