I "roll" forward 3 times slowly (6 or so seconds) first 6 minutes FP4 every 30 seconds then backward the remaining 5, satisfactory results. (Of course continuously first 1 minute)
Tonight I did just 2 rolls every 30 seconds and what a change in comparison. These aren't as contrasty, have a more "consistency" across all tonal ranges, but at the same time , with a certain "dullness" - they're with out a certain punchy vibrancy the 3-timers had.
Can one less roll do all of this?
