If you've always wanted to shoot with a large format camera but didn't know where to start, this one day workshop is for you.

This is a hands on beginner workshop for photographers who are already experienced with digital, 35 mm or medium-format cameras, and want to try the 4x5 field camera.

Using our wood field cameras, lenses and tripods, we will start at the beginning. Loading film, setting up the camera, selecting the right lens, learning the camera and taking pictures.

At the end of the day, you'll leave with an appreciation of the big camera, the skills to start off on your own.... and exposed black and white film from the days’ shoot.

The workshop will be held at Crawford Lake Conservation Area on Saturday Sept. 30 from 9-4 and cost Canadian $195. Cameras and film will be supplied. For more information go to www.bigcameraworkshops.com
