I could say the same thing!
But, the other way around.Also, about the time zones, there is a good overlap that might surprise you. That is why our AM is their PM and vice versa. So, it is evening here and morning there.

I think it's a great idea, but personally, any problems I would have would not be severe enough to bother you in a conference. Mine would be amateur mistakes easily remedied through a thread.
However, I'm sure the more advanced users could benefit a great deal.

Would a Google+ hangout be best?
My understanding of the Google+ hangout is that you can have a live session, with people present to listen in, watch, and ask questions. Then, it can be automatically loaded to youtube (by the Google+ service), so that people can watch it later on.
That way, you could record it anytime you want, and people can see it any time they want.
Just a thought.
