All I can say is thank goodness it isn't a Hasselblad.

Sirius Glass would have a heart attack!

About ten years ago I went to a camera store in Ashton Virginia for help with a lens for a Graflex. The sales querk started telling me that all the rivers and streams in the Western Hemisphere were polluted by film development only and that he personally took Graflexes and Graphics and turned them into lamps. I told him begin with any significant pollution would have been caused by mining and that I know a website with many people who could restore those cameras and put them to good use. He insulted me and started carrying on so I left. To I posted the the event on APUG with a reference to the store, not the store name. Well someone tipped off the store owner and the same querk joined APUG to complain to Sean that he could get fired. A STUPID APUG member apologized for me, as if HE had the right to do that. Eventually Sean buried the thread so that search engines could not find it and I got spanked.

shoulda been a hassle blad those obscures are useless.
wish I could find the thread that John Cooke wrote years ago about some big shot Hollywood glamour photographer he worked with putting his cigarette out on some massive beautiful Schneider Lens. ... I've got a Schneider xxl fine art triple convertible I use for a planter at the moment. works great .. and I have an ebony 8x10 with a red dot artar I'm using as my postbox.

no one has mentioned the biggest issue with this--the shade is decorated with 35mm film strips. Shouldn't it be 120 strips or backing paper?

Neither, it's L&L Fleatique, I haven't been there since last year, don't know what they have now. I suppose it's a good use of non functional cameras, but it just goes against my grain to see them drilled full of holes.

I'm with you - and they just look unbalanced as lamps. They just look "off."

If they make one out of a Leica, I hope that guy on the other chain goes to the store and spends hours trying to convince them to sell it to him for $15 for the noble purpose of frugal enlightenment.

It’s incredibly tacky and most important blatant barbaric vandalism.
Even if the camera is a goner, it can still be put to use as spare parts.
Don’t buy these objects of ignorant evil.
And tell everyone you know and meet why they shouldn’t.
That’s the only way to stop them being made.

Some retards are actually buying these.
Same with the flowerpots made of camera carcasses.
Either educate these people or shoot them.

When I was young I sold cameras, electronics and sporting goods at a Venture department store. I don't understand sales people insulting customers. I've seen it too. It's not good for business. Joining APUG just to complain, well that takes the cake!

With six guns for door handles

Back end lowers. Two steel ball hanging down welded to the rear bumper. And an air horn that sounds like a bull.

Looks cool! I love old cars.

A friend of mine used to own over 100 pinball machines including every single Gottleib wedge head from the 60's. He had them all set up in his basement along with bingo machines, a shuffleboard table and early video games. He also had the Mine Train Rollercoaster neon sign he bought at a Six Flags auction for next to nothing. He had it hanging on the wall and when he turned it on it got so hot you couldn't get very close to it! :D His wife had a small bar equipped with old Coka Cola memorabilia. It was a fun place and one of my friends had his bachelor party there. He eventually sold everything. He was offered a ridiculous amount for the Gottleibs from a millionaire collector and decided to sell everything. It was a lot of work trying to keep everything running.

Since I commissioned and own the following, I probably shouldn't throw stones:
