I had recently picked up this beautiful example of a well kept olympus om-4t (for a great price).
The only issue the camera is giving me is that when I advance the film, the shutter fires instantly. This happens almost 70% of the time when I advance the lever. I saw maybe one thread post on this that was posted a couple of years ago but they didnt go into that much depth and they never posted the fix. (Also the camera has new batteries and functions normally when it's not having this issue.)
If anyone has any fix suggestions or repair shop suggestions please let me know.
