Olympus XA shutter problem.

Hi I'm new here.

I have just bought an Olympus XA. I put a film in it and for the first 6 pictures I took have gone fine. The problem is now when I wind the camera on it takes a photo without me touching the shutter button. Any ideas what the problem can be? Any help will be grateful.

Not quite your problem but my XA would not wind on when first opened and then free up after a bit of fiddling sometimes. I had a CLA done at Luton Camera repair, seems to be a bit of an Olympus specialist, and the result was amazing. However I don't think mine was an electrical problem which might be your issue. Might be worth getting an estimate though.
