And a 2x (not Oly).
And an original 4x ND filter, Oly brand.
And the case -- in great shape.
And lots of original caps.
And the original manual.

I have not tested the metering.
Shutter speeds are right on and the film advance is smooth.
The 2 shorter lenses are in excellent condition. The 150mm has some modest dust as do so many older lenses.
The 25mm comes in its original case. The 15mm is in a draw-string bag which may account for its dust.
