Olympus Camera Question

A family friend has an Olympus camera which will not turn off. The model is an OM D EM5II. Is this a common problem with this model? Can it be fixed? Who repairs this model now?

I don't know the answers, but I'd first try pulling the battery out of the camera and seeing if that restores proper operation. Because in some cameras, the power switch is actually software-controlled, so if the camera crashes, the power switch may be unresponsive. I once had a non-Olympus camera which was prone to crashing occasionally.
