Old color from ORWOCOLOR NC21

Recently,I developed a 135 ORWOCOLOR film and the developer kept at a low temperature of 20° C——Development time over 20 minutes.The ORWOColor NC21 135 film expired in 1991.Final,the photo's color are fantastic.the film speed very slow——About ISO 10 or 20,so l So I had to use slow shutter speed.

What process did you use ?

I used 4CCD kit.It like C41 but developing temperature between 20° C-38° C
