Any opinions on whether a partially used but tightly closed jar of Kodak Sodium Sulfite that is about 10 years old is still good?

If it is white, it's still good, IMHO.

I have sulfite that is that old and still good. Sulfite is not hydroscopic so it does not absorb moisture. It should be fine to use.
