OHP Pinholes

I just purchased a couple of 13x19 packs of OHP directly from the manufacture and I seem to be having problems w/ pinholes. I printed 5 4x4 negatives last night and ever one had at least a single pinhole. When I say pinhole I just mean a very small spot where the ink flaked off or didn't adhere. Anyone else had problems with this? Is it normal?

If I don't brush off the surface with an anti-static brush before printing there always seems to a 'holiday' here and there, so I always assumed it was just a piece of dust interfering with the ink.
