Woh-woh-woh. This is serious. It is not possible to delete the deleted thread. It will always relete. We don't know just how it will, but it will. It could get ugly. If it reletes and its place in the forum is not there terrible uncontrollable things could happen! The breathtaking inanity, uh, insanity, I mean to say instaneity of the conflict between a releting deleted and a forum unable to accept it means we could be catapulted into a categorically catastrophic cataclysm that even the dogs, I mean gods, cannot handle!:eek:

Our best hope is that it is merely hidden from view, obscured, ensconced within APUG's binary microverse, which is the basis of its analog macroverse in the same way the weird physics of the subatomic scale give way to the logical physics of the large scale.

Few realize that the deleted thread, with its apparent inherent incoherent contradiction, is like an insulator between the matter of analog, and the antimatter of digital, to make an analogy. Without it... I shudder to think what could happen. If it does happen, no one will dig it.

Maybe we could submit it to someone wise, but who?
Wait, I know. To Yoda.

This should be retitled "Deleted - Part 2" with an adjusted count number to include the total from the original Deleted thread.

Nope- we should just get the deleted thread back- before it's too late. The problem with long threads is corrupted code somewhere, not the thread length. The problem with thread length is only a symptom. As I explained elsewhere, it's the A. vs. D. stuff that corrupted the code. The program just got sick of all the interminable inconclusiveness, started puking, then said screw you guys.

I agree that it is the database code is the source of the problems, and not the record schema or the length of the thread. However, the evil doers are lurking around just looking for an excuse to delete the Deleted thread.

Those evil-doers remind me of Dickless, that guy in the first Ghostbusters.

They know not what they mess with, as they strive to eliminate that which they do not understand, risking the release of forces they could never handle. Woe betide thee, Dicklesses, thou evildoers!

Unbeknownst to all but me, the deleted thread releted almost a year ago, appearing as a new deleted thread one month after the attempted deletion. It has lain dormant since.
