I don't wish to sound cynical but my reaction to your statement is a question: Are we meant to know what they are talking about? I rather
feel we are not a seems so often to be the case.

Apart from that, I don't think there are other film manufacturers in Italy other than Ferrania, whatever it's producing...
However it's at least 51% done in Italy...

As a side note, in Germany there is not even generic legislation on this issue. Here at best one could consider jurisdiction, that speaks of essential parts.
A similar issue is the term manufacturer. Just think of complete tollproduction.

Ok, shot two rolls of Delta 3200

Rated at ISO 1000, but developed as iSO 3200 (I used temp of 90 instead of 75 in Cinestill DF96 Monobath, everything else the same)

Thanks AgX, yes it refers to a question posed about how to develop Delta 3200. Or more to the point, how it performs under different developing conditions.
I know that this is now a digression from this thread, but it really is a curious film. Rated on the box at 3200, but it's 'natural' ISO is 1000. But pushing it at that rating results in finer grain etc etc

Somewhere in the ferrania discussion, it was mentioned that their contractor for some of the packaging of P30 was a firm in Italy who had not previously made film, but had obtained a machine to package 135 from somewhere in Germany. packaging any film would likely meet the 51% of value added in the country where the work took place.

mind you, Ferrania did make a 640T slide film at one time, and so it is theoretically possible that they could make a 640 B&W film.

Thanks Gregg! With the PoFA, I think it was just a matter of waiting until no-one was in frame! I also think it was early morning so not many were out yet.
