off-label abuse of EDUPE Ektachrome

Has anyone ever misused this film outdoors for other than slide duplication?
ISO estimate?

It does appear to be a daylight film.

As I recall the ISO rating for this film is low. In the range of ISO 5 to 10.
I am sure you would also need a filter to shoot it in daylight. It is made to expose using a incandesent light source.

I may have misread the datasheet. I had looked at Fuji IT-N interneg film previously which is definitely 3200 K. One user had used it at night at ISO 2, so if EDUPE is faster...hey, a benefit!

I thought the EDUPE sheet said it was flash/daylight. I'll have to look again.

I thought I read in the datasheet a suggestion of EI25 and bracketing.

I just received the film, and see the front tab is printed in dot matrix EI 25 +05C +05Y!

I've shot some on 35mm then re-duped on to 8x10 EPY and scanned. Looked like a early color technique, tri-color, potato pigment etc. Low contrast saturation and d-Max. Have not tried a push, that might help.

I shot it when it first came out (6-10 or more years ago?) and as I recall it is really low contrast T balanced film. Iso was (as mentioned) really low ~10. It didn't excite me much, but I'm sure it can be fun.

I have a roll of this film which I intended to use for non-dupe purposes. What filter would best correct it for daylight use?
