I don't know if this has been brought up before, but I noticed in the October 2004 issue of B&W magazine (US), a new policy on digital technology in the magazine. Essentially, they will now allow the use of "digital" negatives, however, prints must still be made in the darkroom. There is one statement that I feel reflects a lot about what we, in APUG do: ".. The traditional process relies on old-fashoined craftsmanship;...".
