I hope to install one of these washmaster iii washers next week and wondering if they will require much water pressure.

My system wont deliver a lot of pressure and am wondering if this will be an issue for efficient and complete washing?

Can anyone please advise?

Not a lot. As long as you can get the 'weir effect' described in the instructions -- and that doesn't require much pressure -- you're OK. I find I have to keep the tap well down to get the rerquisite pressure.

Cheers,

R.

I use a Silverprint model (very similar to the Nova type). I usually try to get a 1.5 litre per minute flow rate which works well. As Roger says, as long as you're getting the 'weir effect' you'll be OK. In fact, higher flow rates don't give any extra benefit and may not create the kind of 'swirl pattern' that lower flow rates produce. You can also utilise the 'dump and refill' method which some adherents claim gives equally efficient washing, because fixer removal is basically a diffusion process and to some degree unaffected by water flow.
