Yes there was a film version of Autochrome sold as Lumicolor (roll film) and Filmcolor (sheet film). The Lumiere company said it was an adaptation of the Autochrome process for high speed hand held use, still rather slow by modern terms. It was available in the mid to late 1930's, I have their advert in front of me right now
And when even referring to Lumiere Alticolor whith its novel grains, we should not forget Agfacolor "old" which also employed a random additive screen coated on film.
As I indicated before I doubt that all images designated as being Autochrome are actually Autochrome...
