OK to keep the ball rolling for this year, I'm going to send a few scans to Hugh today as he suggested. Well done for stepping up to the plate Hugh. Any volunteers to write the proposal?
 
So far I have scans from just Peter. Anyone else? If I could get these by the middle of next week (say Wednesday) then I would have time to make some CD/DVDs and have them ready for when we meet up on the 20th ....

I would suggest not getting too fussy about what you submit. Certainly the scans would not have to necessarily be the exact pictures you are planning on exhibiting. And screen/web resolution is obviously fine ....

By the way, this is optional, but if you like you might include some information about each picture regarding how it would be presented

i.e. "Sliver Gelatin Print 10x12" or whatever

Some galleries would look for this info so its best we all provide Hugh with it plus the titles of the images.
 
Sound, we still need someone to write a proposal, anyone willing to do this?
 
I'll do similar, sorry for not being around myself, was all over the shop with the putting up, looking after and taking down of my own show over the last 3 weeks!!
 
Hi all, I have been reading this and thinking along these lines " I want to get involved... you have no time .. shutup .. I can help out someway" Anyway after lengthy internal discourses, I offer to write the proposal in draft format, I need some pointers though so anyone can pm with what they think a proposal should contain, not detail just headers. I'll then blast it off and those of you like Fizz & fintan etc who have done this exhibition stuff before can comment.

I'll stick a few pics in soon hugh
 
This is starting to come together now. I have a pretty decent selection of work. If there is anyone else planning on sending me stuff (ahem, Fintan) could you try and get it to me tomorrow evening at the latest. Am planning on burning these on Friday ....

Ok Folks, I am doing the Proposal so I need from everyone interested the following

A: a brief bio and a self portrait of some mannner -- only small size 200x200 pixels
B: A proposal of a similar nature that you think is impressive

I will send you on a bio of some kind later tonight hopefully. Also I have bios from Tex and Fintan. I'm sure neither of them will mind me passing them on to you as well ....

apologies on the proposal All; been a crazy month -- things have quietened down. I still only revieved a few bios though, so please get them to me and I'll put it together this weekend
